Feels nice to be running again. After an almost 2 week break I wanted to get back into things with a nice easy run that could kick my week off right. Seems like the 2 weeks off messed up my pacing habits. I went out harder than normal, and minus some tightness in my legs, shin pain it didn't feel too much different. I'm marking this as a tempo because of how much effort I used today. Had I taken today easy like planned i imagine my time would've been around 15 minutes. Not upset by any means though, just gotta get my consistency back.
