Notes
Doin a day on/day off routine until I'm completely positive I'm ready.
Had a shitty day. Extremely pissed off at the world right now. So I decided a nice easy run to clear my head was my best option to relieve some stress. First half mile was very rough. My right shin is extremely tender. I can feel the pressure on my bump with every step, and along with that comes pain down the entire shin. After the first hill it loosened up some and was a lot more tolerable. After that it was a pretty solid run. I felt a lot better than I did Monday, and that's expected because I was going slower. If I can get rid of this shin pain I'm thinking I'll be good to go pretty soon.
