Notes

Started my new training plan with an easy 2 mile run. Besides my calves tightening up quite a bit i felt pretty good. Still having trouble keeping a consistent pace, but i feel that will come with time. For now I'm happy with how I started and look forward to getting back in shape! Also finished with 4 strides to try and loosen the legs out!
