Notes

Was supposed to do mile warmup/cooldown with lifting inbetween today, but had a long day and just wanted to run when I got home from work. Decided to do a loop i made last week that is a little over 2.5 miles.Legs felt junky from yesterday at first, but after a block or so felt better. Calves are still super tight, and lower back is bothering me some as well. Still decently happy with my workout for today though.
