Wanted to make today a longer run than normal and was not disappointed. The original plan was to go 4, but I haven't been completely on track with my regime because of soreness/being busy. I really focused on trying to stay on a strict pace, and was able to much more than usual which felt awesome. About 1.5 miles in my sides started cramping huge, but that isnt a surprise because i drank a red bull about an hour before i ran. Moving forward I'm going to keep focusing on keeping pace/staying hydrated throughout the day/being consistent with my workouts. Otherwise solid start to the week. Lets rip.
