This.. This type of run was why I got back into running. From start to finish I felt better than I have yet. I set out for a nice easy 4 mile run to kick off my week. Keeping pace the first mile or so wasnt a problem for me at all. I took advantage of the slight downhills that I have in the 3rd mile, and it helped keep some energy for the fourth. Weather was almost perfect. There was hardly any wind until my 3rd mile, and while the temperature was a little hotter than i would like, it didnt effect me at all. Great way to kick off the week.
