ASICS Gel-Kayano w 22 (Navy Blue and Pi)
Insane trail run with extreme ups and downs. Wiped out at Mile 2, but was OK. Angie's IT band was in terrible shape though, so we had to wrap it up early. Had 10 miles scheduled.
