Notes

Started off slow. By the end I was running faster, except for the last mile because I was feeling drained. Went down the stairs to the change room and, on the first step, I think I pulled a muscle in my quad next to my knee. I iced it when I got home and hopefully I can cross-train tomorrow if I am careful.
