Notes

For the first 10 mins of my tempo on the bike I did a progression tempo. So every few minuets I would increase the difficulty on the bike until I hit my tempo pace. After the 10 minuets where up I did a normal tempo where I kept the same pace for the next 20 minuets. Overall the temp wasn't too bad for me. I was happy with my knee for the most part. I didn't really feel it until the final 10 minuets of the tempo and it didn't really start hurting until the final 5 minutes of the tempo. Overall it was a good workout and Im happy with it.
