Notes

the workout I did today was 6* (3 minuets on 1 off) 2* (1 minuet on 30 seconds off). Today was not my best workout. I am not the happiest with it. My knee was hurting the whole time. It felt tight and was really painful for most of the time. My body also just felt a little depleted today and didn't respond how I wanted it too.
