Notes

My workout today was 16*(1 one 90sec off). Overall today felt good. I was happy with how my knee was responding to the amount of effort that I put in. My body felt really good through out the whole workout. Near the end of the workout my knee started to bug me a little but it wasn't too bad I was able to work through it.
