20 mins into the run my knee starting hurting. After that my knee just progressively hurt more and more
Nice job Eli! Make sure to get some ice! Other things you may want to try include rolling out the quads/hammies/hips. More often than not a sore knee is a result of tight hips. I have ran into this problem many times in the past. Keep your head up Eli! Pain free running is just up ahead!
