Notes

My workout today was 2 by (10 minuets on, 10 minuets off) and 4 by (3 minuets on, 2 minuets off) with a 15 minuets cool down and warm-up. Overall today was a good workout. My knee felt good for the majority of the time and I was able to put in a solid effort. My knee did start to bug me on the last 10 minuets of my workout, and it just got progressively more painful. Overall I am happy with how the workout went.
