Notes

I went on the the warm up jog for the Big Dawg Double this morning and my knee started to flair up and become very painful. During the workout I biked the 400's and then did the core with the team. For this afternoons run I also cross trained it. My knee was bothering me the entire time I was biking. Overall it was a rough day for me for running.
