Notes

my work out today was 16*(1:30 on 30 seconds off). Through out the workout I felt pretty good. The last 5 reps for me got progressively worse. My knee kept hurting more and more through out those 5 reps. Besides the last 5 reps I felt really good. Overall I am happy with how today went.
