Today was a really rough day of training. Last night I got sick and threw up so when I woke up in the morning I didn't have anything in my body. I tried to eat a little at breakfast just to get some energy in me so that I could try and have a solid workout but I could barely eat a mini bagel. When I got on the bike I just felt sick and I had no energy. I tried to do the work out to the best of my ability but it was not a good workout.
