Notes

I did the tempo today on a bike. I started with a 15 minute warm up, during the warm up my knee felt good and ready for the tempo. The first 3/4 of the tempo went really well for me. My knee felt good and I was keeping a good pace. during the last 1/4 of the tempo though, my knee just started hurting a lot. I wasn't happy with how the tempo ended but I was happy with how it started.

A good 3/4 is better than a bad 3/4! Next time, make it a good 7/8! Way to grind this out on the bike!
