Notes
The first 2 miles felt great with 10:34 and 11:03 mile. Hit the turn around point and the sun was now facing me which made the last 2 miles extremely hard. I walked a good bit and watched as my average pace became slower and slower...I hate that! I haven't been running well this summer at all...at least anything over 2 miles. It's definitely been a frustrating summer. I still prefer evening running over morning running and probably always will. Exercise makes me so sleepy for some reason
