Notes

This was the first hill repeats workout of my hill program, which called for 8 hill repeats of 1-minute each. I did them on Hamilton which easily meets the 6-8% grade requirement, in fact it is probably more. Legs felt a little dead during the warmup but they got going during the repeats and felt fine during the long cooldown. Glad I got this in today because the weather tomorrow looks dreadful.
