I did the run/walk workout again and tried using the Ant stick with the Garmin. It's still not the most reliable method. Clearly if I want reliable results I need to use a footpod. I had hoped to go 5 miles but after 4 the power surged in the gym and the treadmill stopped on me. Then it started back up, only to stop again. At that point I decided to call it a day and moved on to my PT exercises.
