Just a little dry run for Sunday. I jogged down to Woodson and did a 3200 at planned race pace then jogged it back home. The tempo segment felt relaxed and unlabored. It wasn't quite where I need it to be for a 66-minute result but I think a 67-minute finish on Sunday is within reach. That would still be a very good time for me.
