Crystal City Twilighter 5k, pacing Lynn. It was a crowded race, would have probably been hard to race it even at my pace. That and the warm conditions made it tough to keep her on the desired pace. She did pretty well under the circumstances. For me it was second easy run of the day, a mileage builder as I start stepping up volume. Hard to believe the first target half marathon of fall is only 1.5 months away!
