Today was the day for the Regionals at Burke Lake and I knew I would be running around a bit. Actually I probably ran further than I should have, but things felt OK. The knee is still not where it needs to be but is improving. I think the Altra One really helped with reducing knee stress due to less heel striking. I need to still go slow in ramping back up but I think these shoes may play a role in my comeback.
