Today was supposed to be long run day, but a busy schedule made that impossible. I will try to get it in tomorrow. So Plan B today was to hit the trails for up to an hour. I hit a lot of the side trails that I bypass when running the Accotink-Long Branch trail loop, including the mountain bike park next to the Beltway. That part had a lot of ups, downs and switchbacks, all good preparation for Ragnar next month. Today was probably the most humid we've had so far this year. In two months today's weather will feel comfortable but not today. My shirt was sticking to me by the time I had gone one mile.
