Notes
Hill sprints.
Only got 5 in. Felt weak from the first one. Felt better on 2 and 3, but 4 was weak again and 5 felt really sluggish. Packed it in, since I felt sloppy and weak. Took a longer cooldown, while Brett finished up.
Not sure if it's the lack of quality sleep, or the 14 miler or the 8 miler the night before. I will need to be sure to be a little more rested for next week.
I was pretty tight later that night too, rolled and stretched it out.
