Nice and easy first mile, the pushed on all the hills on the greenway. Hills were probably 10k effort and the rest was in the 7:30 range. The slow first 1.2 miles and .4 jog back brings the average back down.

This was the workout I needed to ease back into training. The calf doesn't feel perfect, but doesn't feel worse.
