Plan - 4x2k

Ran a fartlek...progression down to the flats for the green way, then backed off for 30s or so. Then a solid 800 to the hill, then backed off for a min.

Then strong until the clubhouse, then 1m or so easy, then hard to Central, then easy back in.

Really just needed to run by feel and clear my head after work meetings.
