Notes

Didn't feel like I had the pop in the legs. This was 10days of straight running, so I wasn't expecting to hammer 6 flat pace, but I wanted to. This was also different than the track, more focused on effort/turnover, then hitting splits.

Looking forward to 1ks or something similar next week.
