I really tried to take it easy. The first mile was nice, but Dolan kept throwing in random surges. I wouldn't go with him, so he would come back to me. I really think he isn't great at pacing. I honestly thought about not going to Brixx runs anymore after this.
I need to find a good Brixx partner that likes 7:30-7:40, and we can just cruise.
