No watch...slow...still have dead legs, and the heat isn't helping. I felt better in the middle, but I still have no "hill power". I'm usually a pretty good hill runner, but that speed session on Monday left me drained.

I did 2x15s strides on the flats, just to see how the legs felt...Felt better that I thought, we'll see how tomorrow's workout goes... I may avoid the hilly parts of the greenway tomorrow.
