I'm really happy with this run.
I felt like crap on the warm-up and the strides. I also didn't feel great after the first couple.
The evens were into the wind and the odds had the wind at my back. After #6, I walked and shook out some tightness and some gassiness. After that I felt MUCH better.
Glad I finished strong after feeling pretty bad. Sometimes running well and feeling good after a crappy start can be a little kick of confidence.
