30 sec walk, 30 sec jog after the first two, 45 sec walk, 30 sec jog after #3

Felt smooth on the first two. I was really only aiming for 6:20 on the first one, but I felt really relaxed. The second one was mostly downhill then flat.

Turned around after #2, so #3 was flat then uphill. I felt a little rough at the end of that one. There were some walkers and other joggers on the path, so my rest was a little over a min to get back to my spot.

#4 was pretty rough. It started on the downhill for ~200m. I was rolling a little too fast, so I paid for it on the uphill. I just tried to stay relaxed and focus on the turnover. I didn't want this to be the slowest one. Felt much better once I got to Cherokee.

Achilles was a little tight to start, but felt fine after. I stretched longer than normal afterwards.
