Notes
Let's start with a little training recap.
November - Good start. Really just did what I was told. Ran a monthly mileage PR, by a 15 miles or so. Felt really good about my running. Set a 8k/5m PR, with zero speed work.
December - Carried over a lot of good running from November, Stayed really consistent with training, missed 3 days with sickness after Christmas, and didnt run on New Years Eve - lots of family running around.
January - Started off with a 5k (2 secs off my PR) on a hilly course. Then the inconsistency started. I missed 5 days with Carrie having strep, then I had Strep. Missed a couple more easing back into running. Missed another due to a horrible work day. 9 total days missing in January.
February - Missed 10 days, 7 with Carrie's second Strep of the season. I think this was my longest time off since I started running again.
