Notes

I was planning for 8 easy, but stuck on time. Plus I had a little frustration I had to run out, so I was rolling on Willis Branch. I just kept it down to see how that pace felt. No Watch, but I think I was 6:50-ish for 4 miles of that run. Then I did 6x8s hill sprints, then 1 mile cooldown back home.

My left foot was a little tight after this one. I made sure to roll it and wear some compression after that.
