Notes

Coach says "very easy" so I run very easy.

Felt tight in the calves for the first couple of mile, but it loosened up just fine. Really focused on not accelerating, and just trying to stay very easy.

The hilly last mile is always a little slower, so it's not because I was feeling bad, just keeping the effort easy.

Feel better after the run, than I did before, so that is always good.
