Notes

I did about 25 min. warmup before the Collegiate race and then 20 min. cooldown afterward. Then I did 20 min. warmup before the p/1/2 race. I think it worked out pretty well because I felt about as I good as I could expect to feel at the beginning of the p/1/2 race.
