8 X 5-min @ T w/ 1-min easy - so technically "Cruise Intervals" not a "Tempo" per say.
Went off of feel of course, very hilly route (aren't they all) +221, -248 so that made it tough to judge but I always felt recovered so I probably wasn't at perfect tempo effort but I felt quick and efficient. Inov-8 155's felt amazing as always.
