Ran with Adam T. the new GA at WLC for CC/TF - Forgot to turn down Honey Creek and went straight on Bluemound so we had to turn round. Nice guy.
Didn't want to use these stupid shoes but my calf kind of hurt yesterday so I thought I'd give it an extra break. Hopefully running in my 155's tomorrow for the Mayfair 7 with Adam.
