Notes

Used a bunch of different tools so I could actually swim instead of whatever it would called I did yesterday (swim-running?). Settled on the foam belt thing so my body would stay up without having to use so much energy to stay above water.

Cannot freestyle yet because I can't get the breathing down. I get the exhaling under water but I can't turn enough to inhale, nor do it quickly enough before I'm back in the water. Very tough, I have a lot more respect for those who can do this.

Still had trouble keeping my heart rate up but with the foam belt it was better.
