Changed week 10 plan from 14 miles to 20 due to Wine&Dine (swapped weeks 8 and 10); will see how back-to-back 20 milers feel.
ACTUAL: Miserable 18 miler. Decided to run just 18 by mile 7, and somehow made it to 18. Horrible humidity, low energy, tight/dead/sore quads, and zero motivation = worst training run ever. but I ran 18 when I wanted to run zero, so I can at least be proud of that.
