blah -- maybe 9:30 or, at best, 9:15 is the new long run pace during the hot, humid, nasty summer months. Maybe I can handle 12 mile 'long' runs in the summer with a slower pace and an earlier start.
Plan:
1. Lose weight !!!
2. more sleep
3. eat better -- goes with #1
4. start earlier
5. run slower and longer
