actual: tempo run is all I could do, considering the cold issues from the past 2 weeks. but, finally some good news. decent pace, congestion is fading, only 2 rockets today. energy was much, much better than yesterday. PLUS... last 2 miles @ 7:55 pace. And they felt pretty good. And I was sweating pretty good at end, so hopefully the cooler temps in NYC will make the pace seem even easier.
