solid run in old shoes -- newer pair still wet from yesterday's rain. and my legs noticed the difference w/ the shoes -- subtle difference in landing due to uneven outside wear pattern. Left foot pretty tight and a little sore in last 2m. 3 water stops and no watch stops, so total time includes the 3 brief breaks: 3.5m @ Heathrow tennis court, 5m @ Jones, 6m @ Jones. Pretty humid. legs kinda tired.
