3rd 20 miler! TAPER TIME!!!! 3 weeks !
actual: sluggish but steady for the first 3 loops of 3 miles. 1 gel at 6m. After 9m, planned to run 2 more loops of 6 and 5 miles, but only made it thru first loop; energy dropped quickly after 12 miles, and legs/feet were hurting. Plus, warm/humid weather was big factor too. Content with 15. Solid 7 day stretch with 6 good runs: 18m (incl. 13 @ MP), 7m, 10m, 5m tempo, 11m, and 15m.
