challenging but felt pretty good -- was able to control my breathing for most of the run. Point to remember: fluid breathing is the key to relaxing and settling into a decent rhythm. Another 8 miles at 7:30 pace would've been a major challenge, but I could have done another 3 or 4. Good confidence booster. Not as cool as Sunday -- decent weather but still soaked after 2m warm-up and 3m of tempo. Really soaked after all 9m of workout.
