Actual:
Hard! and painful. 6:30 pace wasn't so easy to hit -- and 6:40 pace was pretty painful, even for 3 half-mile splits. 2m warm-up, then 3m intervals: half @ 3:20 -- 6:40pace, then half mile 'jog' @ 9mm. planned for 4 intervals, but barely could handle 3. 1m cool down. Not sure about this 5K, but at least I'll try to hit 6:40 pace and still PR. yes, it will hurt.
