decent weather and good run. water stop at 3.5m and 4.5m - Jones trailhead. cooled down after 8m by walking last .5m home. right calf tight initially but felt better last 4m. left foot (top) was tight but also felt fine after 3m. tomorrow's planned 14m should be fine if I start early. not sure about the route -- maybe the trail to the tunnel.
