Very good run, especially after just 3.5 hours sleep and at the end of a 67 mile week. Water stops: 3m, 6m (changed clothes - 4min break; took gel), 9.5 11.5, 14, 16. Shoes and clothes soaked at mile 12 but slogged on for 8 more. a little light-headed at 11m but felt OK at mile 12 and for the rest of the run. total fuel: 4 shot blocks and 1 gel; 200 calories.
