Small crowd-- but super fun race! Ended up placing second in my age group, and 8th overall! Super happy with the results! Also got to meet a super cool older runner after the run. He was pacing me for most of the first 1.5 miles, and no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't keep him off me. He eventually sauntered past me, and kept increasing the distance between us, every step, until the end of the race. He was 63 years old... AWESOME job! Was great to get to talk to, and get to know him, after the run!
Will definitely be back for this next year!
