New PR!! Finally placed as well-- 3rd place in 30-39 age group, and 10th overall! Super happy! :-D
I was really pleased with this course. It wasn't entirely flat-- the uphills came at the beginning of the race, however they weren't incredibly steep, so it was definitely not too horrible. They were LONG, but not steep. The plus side of this is at the end of the race, there was a pretty awesome downhill stretch that was a VERY welcome sight for sore legs!
Will definitely be doing this again next year!
